Welcome to MockGrind. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our public website, competitive exam mock tests, practice dashboards, and study guides. By registering an account or taking tests, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Account Registration & Mobile Verification

To practice premium test modules, you must create a validated account. You agree to provide an active, accurate mobile number and email. You are solely accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your session OTPs and account states. MockGrind reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious multiple-location logins.

3. Premium Passes, Billing & Cancellations

Fees for the Premium Pass (e.g. annual or exam-specific packs) are processed via secured gateways. Access is activated immediately upon successful payment. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for new subscriptions. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from transaction will not be processed.

4. Prohibited Uses & System Integrity

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer our testing console, bypass security thresholds, distribute crawlers, or manipulate performance scores. Any attempt to exploit account features will trigger immediate, irreversible suspension of premium access without refunds.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

While our preparation tests are meticulously created by subject specialists to mirror official patterns, mock scores do not guarantee selection or specific marks in actual competitive exams. MockGrind is not liable for structural changes announced by government recruitment bodies.
